My Video Game Trailer
This assignment was a project were you had to create a video trailer that would make people want to play your game. I thought that the theme was a good theme because my game didn't really have an actual theme and the theme I chose was like a movie theater to me and I thought that that would be a cool way to portray my game.  I like animoto because it has many choices for the music or themes. It is also nice because you can add your own videos, text, and pictures. The best part about animoto is that it puts everything together in a way that makes your trailer look cool. You couldn't have videos over five seconds which was pretty annoying and you couldn't make the video over thirty seconds.

This game was fun to make because you were free to do what you like. I like being able to decide on my own how to make a game fun. At first it was hard to come up with good ideas for a game so I started building first. Then after I started building ideas started coming to me. I think that if I could do this project again I would add more levels in my game.

Educational Game for Tamagawa with Gamestar Mechanic

My design mission is about someone who is lost in space and needs to kill these aliens. When the person gets home his world is taken over by aliens and he needs to get back home. I want my user to have fun and become better at avoiding and shooting enemies. The challenge of the game is mainly to kill all the enemies. I think that figuring out how to kill the aliens is what makes the game fun. I think that the game was pretty balanced so if you can't win on one type of game in the beginning then you can try to play a differently styled game. I balanced the five components by testing the game and then editing. I think the fact that you can choose which type of game to play in the begging makes my game good. I think that I should have added more levels to the game.

My Voki Introduction

The Voki Introduction project was an easy way to introduce yourself to someone. I used this avatar because I liked her hair style and it's hair color was a bit like mine. I like Voki because they give you many choices with your avatar. Voki also gave you many backgrounds to choose from. When you were finished with your avatar it was cool to be able to add your voice to the system. A few things I didn't like about Voki were that it took a while to get a good voice recording and if you don't have a special account than you can't use a lot of the characters.
